Use the top left icon to open the dash board and search for Startup Disk Creator. Insert your USB Disk (Note: Select “ Do nothing” if prompted). Now we have to launch the Startup Disk Creator to write the ISO image to your USB disk. An Ubuntu ISO , If you don’t have one then please download the same from Download Ubuntu.
